Where is my money held?
All money is managed by
Victor Chandler Worldwide, a company with over 50 years
of integrity and experience in managing gaming funds. You must open a cashier
account. Then the poker room establishes a connection, on your behalf, to
the cashier system provided by Victor Chandler Worldwide. Once you have
authenticated yourself, you are able to use this connection to withdraw funds
for playing poker. When you are finished, your funds are automatically returned
to Victor Chandler Worldwide for your use.
How do I get paid?
We can send checks or transfer the money directly into your bank account.
Depending on where you are in the world, funds should reach you no later
than five banking days later. A charge may be levied for certain forms of
transfer, and for more information you should contact
our Customer Services Department on +350-49542.
Which currencies can I play in?
We accept deposits in all major currencies, although deposits using debit cards can only be made in Sterling. The poker room currency is US Dollars, and other currencies will be transferred to the poker room using a fair exchange rate (the exchange rate used can be seen in the Cashier section of the poker client); no profits will be made on currency exchanges, and the same rate is applied to both withdrawals and deposits.

What is the minimum deposit?

How long does it take to cash out my winnings?
For security reasons we require a 72 hour waiting period on all withdraws. Most credit card companies will then need 3 to 6 days to make the money available on your account.
How do you handle my real money chips?
Your real money chips are kept on deposit in the cage managed by
Victor Chandler Worldwide.
Is there a credit card processing fee?
No.
How do I get money onto the site?
You must first set up a cage, or real money, account and then make a deposit using one of the various supported payment mechanisms. When you register with the poker room, your screen name becomes tied to your cage account and whenever you take a seat at a real money table you request chips from your cage account.
How do I get money out of the poker room?
You cash out from the cage. Money in the actual poker room is returned to your cage account whenever you leave a table. You can make withdrawals from your cage account at any time.
Can I transfer money to another player?
No, money cannot be transferred between cage accounts. The dumping of chips to another player is not allowed.
